Yes, but I refuse to watch Spirited Away on the grounds that if I was made to watch it, I would probably be unable to restrain myself from mocking it ceaselessly and might either tarnish your appreciation of the movie or me. I think you're only refusing to watch Pretty Woman as payback for me not watching one of your dozens of films. Now if you've got a personal objection to seeing the movie, I definitely wouldn't want to make you sit down and watch it, but I don't think that's the case.

I'm only saying, if you really loathe what you recall of the movie, that's fine, and I wouldn't want to make you relive such an experience... but if it's mainly in the spirit of "an eye for an eye" that you refuse to watch Pretty Woman, that's just plain pettiness.

Whatever...just bugger the whole idea. All the fun's been sucked out of it. You can work on my list on your own if you want, I'll work on yours.

I'm not just doing it to humor you. I think it could be fun. And, yes, I told you why I wouldn't be watching Spirited Away (in short, to ensure the continued harmony of our relationship ;-)) and asked why you wanted to remove something from my already very short list of movies. That's all.
